The client journey

Your financial situation is probably quite complicated. You might have lots of different sorts of investments, pension plans or insurance policies, all held for different reasons.

Everything is related; ‘holistic’ financial planning means looking at everything at the same time.

Because we take everything into consideration when we are looking at your situation, your financial plan can have lots of elements to it. It will typically incorporate tax planning, investment planning and retirement planning.

Our process

Your journey

Because we take everything into consideration when we are looking at your situation, your financial plan can have lots of elements to it. We follow a thorough six-step process in order to build your plan:

Information gathering

Before our exploratory meeting, we’ll ensure we gather the information needed to understand your current financial situation.

Exploratory meeting

The exploratory meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll establish your current situation, needs and goals, and work out the best route to achieving your objectives.

Analysis

We will then analyse your existing arrangements and establish their suitability in line with what we discussed in the exploratory meeting.

Financial plan

We will then put together your financial plan. We’ll recommend alternative financial solutions in order to get you on the right track to achieving your goals.

Implement

Once you’re happy with our recommendations, we’ll do the hard work for you; setting up the new arrangements and ensuring you have all the paperwork you need.

Review

We review your finances and your financial plan with you every year, making adjustments as your situation changes.
